TIP (Toshiba Information Equipment (Philippines), Inc.) participated in Philippine Semiconductor and Electronic Convention and Exhibit from Jun 2 though Jun 4, 2010. The exhibit is to showcase products and breakthrough activities from different semiconductor and electronic manufacturing plant in the Philippines

TIP showed its eco-friendly products, promoted Toshiba”s Tree Planting Project by giving out of seeds to visitors of the exhibit and presented a technical paper about environment protection.

In support to Toshiba Group”s mission to plant 1.5 Million Trees, TIP had given out 3,148 seeds of narra, timber, and fire trees which is equivalent to 1574 trees based on 50% mortality rate.

Also, TIP shared its technical study for environment protection to other industries, academe and other entities during the symposium.
