« Back Tree Planting on 5 November 2009 with Corporate Customers for MFP sales – TSP Electronic Imaging Division

Purchase an e-STUDIO MFP, Toshiba will donate and plant a tree at the Singapore Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve on 5 Nov 2009 during Singapore Clean and Green Week 2009

This is what TSP Electronic Imaging Division promised to their corporate customers in the recent Plant-A-Tree program which started on 1 July 2009 to 31 Aug 2009. This Plant-A-Tree program aims to encourage corporate customers to participate in tree planting activity and at the same time build environmental consciousness

In the face of increasing global concerns over changing climate, destruction of forests and extinction of species, Toshiba is committed to fulfill our responsibility as a corporate citizen of planet earth. With this Plant-A-Tree program, Toshiba hopes to combat the problems and threats our trees face today.

A total of 33 guests from 18 corporate customers responded and joined 39 management and staff from Toshiba group of companies to plant a total of 67 trees at the wetland reserve. Another 90 trees will be planted through the outreach program extended to selected schools in Singapore.
