« Back Toshiba Asia Pacific Participated in Earth Hour 2015

This year’s Earth Hour has a vision of global focus on climate change – a commitment to creating change for the better. From icy Antarctica to the International Space Station, World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF)’s Earth Hour swept around the globe on Saturday 28 March 2015 (8:30 p.m. local time). Millions of Earth Hour supporters worldwide across 172 countries & territories joined forces to highlight the need for climate action.

Earth Hour is part of WWF – one of the world’s largest and most experienced independent conservation organisations.

Toshiba is guided by a corporate philosophy rooted in the concept of “Committed to People, Committed to the Future.” We constantly seek new approaches that help realise the goals of the world community, including ways to improve the global environment.

This year, as part of our involvement in environmental campaigns, Toshiba celebrates Earth Hour 2015 by turning the lights off for our branding billboards in Bangkok, Thailand, Hanoi and Ho Chin Minh City, Vietnam
