Jakarta, Indonesia – PT. Toshiba Asia Pacific Indonesia (TAPI) made a significant mark at the Indonesia International Geothermal Convention & Exhibition (IIGCE 2023), held at the Jakarta Convention Center from September 20 to 22. TAPI was at the forefront, showcasing Toshiba’s geothermal power expertise, and reinforcing Indonesia’s position as the world’s second-largest geothermal power producer.

The event presented an excellent opportunity for Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions and TAPI to engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government officials. Within the Toshiba booth, a range of showcases was presented, including Toshiba’s achievements in global geothermal power plants, good performance resulting from Toshiba equipment, capabilities of Geoportable – small-scale geothermal power plants, innovative IoT solutions for Power systems, and EtaPro – – performance and condition monitoring solution, all of which has captured the attention and interest of visitors who visited Toshiba booth.

IIGCE 2023 offered a vital platform for industry discussions, emphasizing Indonesia’s geothermal prominence and the government’s strategic push for renewable energy to achieve net-zero emissions. As Indonesia charts its course in the “Indonesia Long-Term Strategy for Low Carbon and Climate Resilience 2050,” Toshiba remains committed to sustainable energy solutions.
