On Jul 28, 2010, Toshiba Storage Device (Philippines), Inc. (hereinafter called TSDP) conducted a short environmental awareness program and turn-over of the donated Eco Books to the kids of Children”s Joy Foundation (CJF), an institution that takes care of orphaned and abandoned children.

The Eco Books feature stories of the true meaning of caring for wildlife and related issues that affects our present generation such as nature and its resources, pollution, health and safety.

TSDP conducted this activity to promote environmental awareness among children and further develop their interest in reading, to give emphasis on preservation of our environment for the future generation, and to encourage children to contribute in protecting and improving their surroundings even in their own little ways.
