Toshiba Connects with Industry Stakeholders at the 12th Indonesia International Geothermal Convention & Exhibition (IIGCE) 2026

Toshiba Asia Pacific Indonesia (TAPI) successfully participated in the 12th Indonesia International Geothermal Convention & Exhibition (IIGCE) 2026, held from 19 to 21 August at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), Jakarta.
Throughout the three-day event, Toshiba welcomed visitors to Booth A-119, where the company engaged with stakeholders from across the geothermal value chain and exchanged perspectives on industry developments, operational challenges and emerging opportunities in geothermal power generation. The exhibition provided a valuable platform for strengthening existing relationships and exploring new avenues for collaboration as Indonesia continues to advance its renewable energy ambitions.
A key focus of Toshiba’s participation was demonstrating how technology and digitalisation can support more efficient and reliable geothermal operations. Visitors had the opportunity to learn about Geoportable™, Toshiba’s compact geothermal power generation solution designed to support small-scale geothermal developments, as well as EtaPRO™, an advanced monitoring and predictive analytics platform that enables operators to optimise plant performance and asset reliability through data-driven insights.
The event also highlighted the growing momentum behind geothermal development in Indonesia. Discussions across the exhibition and conference programme focused on accelerating project development, improving operational efficiency, strengthening energy security and unlocking the country’s vast geothermal potential. As one of the world’s largest geothermal markets, Indonesia continues to play a critical role in the growth of renewable baseload power, making industry collaboration and technology innovation increasingly important.
