ไปรษณีย์ชุงฮวานำระบบการคัดแยกจดหมายและพัสดุอัตโนมัติที่พัฒนาโดยโตชิบาเริ่มใช้งานจริงแล้ว
เช่นเดียวกับเศรษฐกิจเอเชียที่กำลังอยู่ในช่วงที่ตลาดกำลังเติบโต รวมถึงประเทศไต้หวันที่ธุรกิจอีคอมเมิร์ซได้เข้ามาช่วยให้การดำเนินชีวิตของผู้บริโภคมีความสะดวกสบายมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องการกระจายสินค้าของบริษัท ไปรษณีย์ชุงฮวา จำกัด (Chunghwa post co.,LTD ต่อจากนี้ขอใช้ชื่อย่อ “CHP”) ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรทางด้านการกระจายสินค้าที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไต้หวัน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น เมื่อกันยายน 2558 CHP ได้ทำสัญญากับไปรษณีย์ท้องถิ่นเพื่อนำระบบการคัดแยกจดหมายและพัสดุอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูงและประสิทธิภาพสูงมาทดแทนระบบเดิมที่มีอยู่ที่ศูนย์ไปรษณีย์กลางเมืองไทจง, ไทนาน และ เกาสง โครงการนี้ได้ดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จเมื่อเดือนธันวาคม 2560 โดยปัจจุบันระบบทั้งหมดได้ถูกนำมาใช้ปฏิบัติงานจริง โดยได้นำมาใช้งานครั้งแรกเมื่อเทศกาลไหว้พระจันทร์ซึ่งเป็นเทศกาลส่งมอบของขวัญที่มากที่สุดเทศกาลหนึ่ง ทั้งระบบนี้ประกอบด้วยเครื่องคัดแยกจดหมายและเครื่องคัดแยกพัสดุ ซึ่งเชื่อมต่อกับระบบการจัดการข้อมูลที่สำนักงานใหญ่ CHP ที่เมืองไทเป ด้วยระบบการจดจำตัวอักษรที่ล้ำหน้าของโตชิบาสามารถยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการทำงานโดยการอ่านรหัสไปรษณีย์และที่อยู่ในรูปแบบตัวอักษรภาษาจีน และบาร์โค้ดบนซองจดหมายและพัสดุ (เฉพาะรหัสไปรษณีย์และบาร์โค้ดเท่านั้น) เครื่องคัดแยกจดหมายสามารถคัดแยกจดหมายได้มากถึง 42,500 ฉบับต่อชั่วโมง และเครื่องคัดแยกพัสดุสามารถคัดแยกพัสดุได้มากถึง 8,500 ชิ้นต่อชั่วโมง ทั้งสองอย่างคือการพัฒนาที่เห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนเมื่อเทียบกับระบบคัดแยกเดิม ระบบคัดแยกจดหมายใหม่นี้สามารถคัดแยกจดหมายได้รวดเร็วขึ้นถึง 20% – 30% อีกทั้งยังมีความแม่นยำสูง นอกจากนั้นแล้วระบบยังมีการอ่านบาร์โค้ดและระบบป้อนรหัสวีดีโอประสิทธิภาพสูงสำหรับคัดแยกพัสดุได้อัตโนมัติ โตชิบาสนับสนุนการพัฒนาโครงการนี้ในระบบเทิร์นคีย์โปรเจ็ค ซึ่งเป็นมากกว่าการส่งมอบระบบ การสนับสนุนครั้งนี้ยังช่วยตรวจสอบการคัดแยกและรื้อถอนระบบการคัดแยกเดิม รวมถึงสนับสนุนแนวทางการบำรุงรักษาอย่างมืออาชีพแบบลงพื้นที่จริงเป็นระยะเวลานานถึง 10 ปี เพื่อให้ทราบถึงแนวทางการบริหารจัดการและการบำรุงรักษาที่ถูกต้องแก่พนักงานในท้องที่ “โครงการของไปรษณีย์ชุงฮวาถือเป็นความสำเร็จครั้งยิ่งใหญ่ของเรา” นายซาดาโอะ เซคิเนะ รองประธานบริษัทฝ่ายระบบความปลอดภัยและระบบการทำงานอัตโนมัติของบริษัท โตชิบา […]
